The Center Space

In this blog, I am sharing how our team developed the tech solution for the Center Space, from ideation, design, develop and implementation.

The Center Space is a High-end Co-working Space that is located at the heart of Central, Hong Kong's Central Business District. With a standing of 350 meters, The Center holds the title of Hong Kong’s fifth-highest skyscraper. Located on the 76th floor of the building, one of the highest co-working space in Hong Kong.

We have developed a web-based solution as below:

• Website Design & Development

• Member Portal and Booking System

• Tour Booking Form

• Content Management System (Blog and Advertising)

• Data Analytic and Reporting

Timeline: 2~3 month

Project Management Approach:

Agile (Plan, Review and Revise Weekly for Development Work) — The high level scope is initially designed and the detail of the project is designed gradually after weekly meetings.

Agile is more suitable if you are not 100% sure what the objectives are for all pieces in a business and you would like to explore its options by actually working out. It will leave you a flexibility to make changes with lower cost and easier in change management.
